The 80K Initiative | Terms & Conditions

1. Overview The 80K Initiative (“Initiative”) is a program operated by IXTY9 LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability. This Initiative involves planting 80,000 trees annually through donations made by our customers, partners, and other contributors. The Initiative is managed independently by IXTY9 LLC, and contributions will be used to support tree-planting efforts through third-party organizations, specifically OneTreePlanted (https://onetreeplanted.org/).

2. Donations

• Frequency of Donations: IXTY9 LLC will submit all funds collected through The 80K Initiative to OneTreePlanted on a monthly basis or whenever the total contributions exceed $100 USD, whichever occurs first.
• Non-Affiliation: IXTY9 LLC is not affiliated with OneTreePlanted. Contributions made through The 80K Initiative are processed and submitted by IXTY9 LLC independently.
• Donation Allocation: 100% of the funds collected under The 80K Initiative will be donated directly to OneTreePlanted. These funds are intended solely for tree-planting purposes as managed by OneTreePlanted.

3. Use of Funds All funds collected as part of The 80K Initiative will be directed towards tree-planting efforts. IXTY9 LLC does not retain any portion of the donations for administrative or operational costs related to the Initiative.

4. No Tax Deduction Donations made through The 80K Initiative are not tax-deductible. IXTY9 LLC is not a registered non-profit organization, and contributors should not expect any tax deduction benefits from their donations.

5. No Guarantees While IXTY9 LLC is committed to ensuring that all donations are used to plant trees, we cannot guarantee the exact outcomes of the tree-planting efforts managed by OneTreePlanted. IXTY9 LLC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or results of OneTreePlanted or any other third-party organizations involved in the tree-planting process.

6. No Affiliation with Third Parties The 80K Initiative is entirely independent of OneTreePlanted and other organizations. Any references to third-party organizations, including OneTreePlanted, are provided for informational purposes only. IXTY9 LLC does not endorse, sponsor, or have any formal affiliation with OneTreePlanted or other third-party entities mentioned in connection with The 80K Initiative.

7. Amendments IXTY9 LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate The 80K Initiative and these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or other communication channels.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma.

Limitation of Liability IXTY9 LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, The 80K Initiative or any linked websites, including, but not limited to, reliance by a user on any information obtained from the Initiative or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or emails, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.
