Role: App Tester (unpaid)

We’re looking for thoughtful testers to explore Ixty AI, push its limits, and give honest, detailed feedback. Ideal applicants are comfortable using AI tools, curious about automation workflows, and willing to document bugs, UX issues, and improvement ideas.

Testers may be asked to try new chat features, admin tools, and integrations in real-world scenarios. We especially value clear communication, reliability, and a willingness to experiment and break things so we can make them better.

ℹ️ Requirements

 

  • Comfortable using and testing AI chat tools, including trying edge cases and new features.
  • Able to clearly document bugs, UX friction, and improvement ideas with screenshots or short videos.
  • Reliable, responsive, and willing to experiment, provide structured feedback, and complete test scenarios.

💪🏻 Your Experience

 

  • Prior experience testing SaaS products, web apps, or AI tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern web interfaces on both desktop and mobile, and comfort giving candid UX feedback.
  • Interest in product quality and usability, with a willingness to share clear, constructive feedback during testing.

🏗️ Desired Skills

 

  • React and TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Supabase (Auth, Database, Edge Functions)
  • RESTful APIs and webhooks (e.g., n8n workflows
  • Git/GitHub workflows
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations and front-end state management.

👍🏻 Good to Have

 

  • Experience with Vite-based React appsREACT
  • Familiarity with shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or similar
  • Comfort working with PWAs
  • Experience integrating with CRM or marketing tools
  • Exposure to AI/automation tooling such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
